Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask Oneman Business to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This page explains what we delete, how to ask, and how long it takes. It applies to data collected through our website, the Webinar System software, and the Oneman Business Messaging WhatsApp app.
1. Stop WhatsApp messages instantly
Reply STOP to any WhatsApp message from us or from a business using our software. Your number goes on a do-not-message list at once and no further marketing is sent to it. This does not need an email or a form.
2. Delete your data
Email amit@onemanbusiness.in with the subject line “Data deletion request”. Include:
- Your full name
- The phone number and email address you used with us
- If you are a business that connected a WhatsApp account: your WhatsApp Business Account ID
We will confirm your identity by replying to the email or number on record, then delete your data. We complete requests within 30 days, and usually within 7 working days.
3. What gets deleted

| Your entry on the do-not-message list | Kept, so that we never message you again. It holds only your phone number. |
| Payment records | Kept for the period required by Indian tax and accounting law, then deleted |
| Backups | Overwritten on their normal cycle, within 60 days |
4. If you connected a WhatsApp Business Account
Disconnecting your number on the WhatsApp setup screen inside the software deletes the stored access token immediately. To remove everything else (templates we cached, campaign history, contacts), send the email above. You can also revoke our app’s access from your side at any time in Meta Business Settings under Integrations → Connected apps.
5. Data held by Meta
Messages you exchange on WhatsApp are also held by Meta under its own terms. Deleting your data with us does not delete it from Meta. To exercise your rights with Meta, see the WhatsApp Privacy Policy.
